Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

Subject to these terms and an active entitlement, Trade3Dx grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of devices permitted by your subscription. The standard subscription permits one active device unless checkout or a separate written agreement states otherwise. Trade3Dx and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or make the software available to another person; reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except where law expressly permits; bypass license or security controls; use the service unlawfully; or redistribute market data without all required rights.

The price, trial length, renewal timing, and device allowance are shown at checkout. Unless canceled before the trial or current billing period ends, your subscription renews automatically at the disclosed price. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your subscription. You may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting support.

Trade3Dx does not sell or provide market data. You are responsible for maintaining all broker, exchange, market-data, NinjaTrader, and other third-party accounts, subscriptions, permissions, and entitlements required for your use. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable.

Futures, forex, and other trading involve substantial risk, and you may lose all or more than your initial investment. Trade3Dx is visualization and analysis software. It does not execute trades, hold funds, provide brokerage services, or provide investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Confirm material information through your broker and data provider.

We may provide updates, corrections, or new versions and may change features or integrations. You must not interfere with the website or licensing service, introduce malicious code, use automated means to abuse the service, impersonate another person, or use Trade3Dx to violate law or third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade3Dx is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. Market data, calculations, reconstructed history, and visualizations may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade3Dx and its owners, developers, and service providers are not liable for trading losses, lost data or profits, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Trade3Dx during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Your license ends if you materially violate these terms or your entitlement expires or is canceled. These terms are governed by California law, except where another law must apply. Nothing here waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
